Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked -- unless we hear otherwise -- we'll expect (and are excited for) you to be there. For a first offense, no-show and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked to the card number with which they were held and you may be asked to place a deposit on any further appointments. For the second offense, no-show and same day cancellations will be charged for the full amount of the service.
Cancellations for Monday appointments: If you do have an appointment scheduled with us on a Monday, we ask that you cancel the Saturday before, before our closing time at 5:00PM, as the salon is closed on Sundays and we will not receive any cancellations via email, text or call. If we do receive a cancellation request on a Sunday, you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. As we will not see it until Monday morning.
No Shows: If you no show one of your appointments and are interested in rebooking, you may be asked to submit a deposit in order to save your next appointment. Your deposit will be put towards the total amount of your service.
Tardiness: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, and their appointment will end at its originally scheduled time. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session.
New Clients: We require all appointments to be guaranteed by a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and can accept transactions over the phone. If you are unable to put a credit card number down during the time the appointment is made, your appointment may be canceled. If you do not have a credit card, you may be asked to present a deposit that will later be put towards your service in order to keep your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation!
Purchased Packages and Series: All Series and Packages purchased through Miss Knockout are final sale. We cannot offer cash or credit card refunds on purchased Packages or Series.
Children: As a courtesy to other clients, we are unable to render services to guests accompanied by children under the age of 10. If a client brings their child with them to their appointment, they will be asked to reschedule to a time when they are able to come in unaccompanied. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby however any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.
Pregnant Women: We do not recommend pregnant women recieving the Lash Lift, the Lashcara Lift, or the Lashcara by itself. All other services that are not listed above are safe for use.
Returns: It is important at Miss Knockout that you are satisfied with your purchase. We can sample most products you may be considering for purchase and are happy to do so.
Please make sure your return is:
• In original unopened packaging
• Accompanied by receipt of purchase
• Returned within 10 days
Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Gift Certificates: Our gift certificates are an ideal gift for any occasion. Miss Knockout gift certificates expire on the written date noted on certificate. Note additional restrictions on gift certificates that have been contributed through promotions, auctions and contributions. Gift Certificates can be purchased online, in-store, or on the phone and then delivered to you!
Gratuities: In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.
